My Big Fat Greek Life premiered last night and of course, I didn't miss it. Funny and cute, the show is still new and I'm not sure how much I'll really like it in the end. It definitely needs some time to mature, but that's typical of most new comedies I think. In my area it shows on CBS channel 2 on Sunday nights at 8 as its new time. About 3 months ago I planted some seeds in the planter in front of our house. I can't remember the name of the flowers but they were growing nice and tall and they'd soon be blooming in a few more weeks. Last night I went shopping with a friend and while we were out we decided to stop in at Borders book store. Believe it or not, I hadn't been to a bookstore since Dreamweaver MX Killer Tips was released. I wanted to see if Borders had it in stock since I heard they're cutting back on carrying computer books and may not get in much new in way of books released after Christmas. Well, great news......

Such a proud mommy moment that I must share... Gaetano came up to me with a plastic bundle of baloons from his 1st birthday cake. He pointed to one and said "That's red" and he was right! Then he did each color in the bundle successfully. Colors are something I haven't really worked with him that much on --least not as much as I should.
